Ayman MassoutiAyman Massouti is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education Leadership at Sharjah Education Academy. He holds a PhD in Critical Policy, Equity and Leadership Studies from the University of Western Ontario in Canada and a fellowship from te higher education academy in the UK. His research interests include teacher education, inclusive education leadership, and education policy analysis.
