Ayshah Ismail

Ayshah is a proud mother of two and a passionate new author with a love for storytelling that reflects her cultural roots and family values. Her debut children’s picture book, Too Soon for the Moon, takes us on a search for the moon heralding the tart of Eid, capturing the excitement and anticipation children feel waiting for that special day to arrive.
Inspired by her own experiences, Ayshah wants children to see themselves and their traditions reflected in the stories they read. When she’s not writing, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen!
