B J WinklemanThe author, being raised a Christian and knowing that all things are possible through God, wrote this book because she dreamed she should. After, not just once but twice, dreaming all the details of the book, as well as that it could help make money or her family, she began trying to write. She had only written a few poems, so it came slow at first. A paragraph here and a page there, then the chapters started coming so fast that she could not type fast enough to keep up. The author only hopes that the message of the book comes through, as well as hopes that the reader enjoys reading her book, Romance and the Rain, as well as its upcoming sequel, Storms of Romance, as much as she enjoyed writing them.
