B S AulakhB.S. Aulakh, Popularly known as 'father of sex fixing', the author, is a professional drugs researcher. After qualifying in the pharmaceutical disciplines, he served a lecturer as well as a production chemist in many institutes and commercial organiztions. It was sheer by chance, while working on simple drug chemicals that the discovery of Aulprofem happened. The intended objective, in no way was the discovery of a sex fixer formula for mammals or otherwise. To pursue his goal of carrying forward the drugs research in his own way and style, he founded the Gregor Mendel Institute for Research in Genetics; a privately owned and funded drugs research organization, at Ludhiana in India but the going was never so smooth for him. Despite running into financial hardships and social obstacles, the endeavor was eternally faced with conditions of near bankruptcy but slowly with success on international fronts with the clearing of the patents for this research in patents offices of many countries, including the United States, things eased out a lot. The other research projects that the author is currently associated with, include the discovery of a non-biological vaccine mimic, termed non-biological drug vaccine, a GIT drug and a gynecology drug.
