Beatrice Webb
Beatrice Webb (1858-1943) and Sidney Webb (1859-1947) were British social reformers and economists known for their contributions to social policy and labor relations. Beatrice was a key figure in the Fabian Society and advocated for social welfarereforms. Sidney was a co-founder of the London School of Economics and Political Science. Together, they conducted influential research on poverty, labor conditions, and social issues in Britain.
