Beatrix BrockmanBeatrix Brockman, a native of Germany, is Assistant Professor of Languages and Literature at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. She received her BA in Translations from the Institut für Fremdsprachen und Auslandskunde bei der Universitä Erlangen-Nürnberg, her BA and MA in English from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and her PhD in German from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She travels to Germany on a regular basis to research and keep in touch with the changes occurring in social, political, or cultural facets of Germany.
