Beau Baez III

H. Beau Baez III was born on September 13, 1965 in Miami, Florida USA. He received the BA and BS degrees from Liberty University in 1991, the JD from Georgetown University in 1994, and the LLM from Georgetown University in 1995. He began hi academic career with Concord School of Law in 2000, was on the inaugural law faculty at Liberty University from 2004-2007, and in 2007 joined the faculty at the Charlotte School of Law.

Prof. Baez is a member of the following bars: Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Federal Claims, United States Tax Court, Virginia Supreme Court, and District of Columbia Court of Appeals. In 2009, he was appointed to the North Carolina General Statutes Commission. He is also the author of numerous articles and has contributed to several journals and looseleafs.
