Becky Eldredge is an award-winning author of Busy Lives & Restless Souls and The Inner Chapel. She is an Ignatian-trained spiritual director, retreat facilitator, and founder of Ignatian Ministries. Becky helps others create space toconnect faith and daily life and is passionate about teaching people how to pray. She lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she shares life with her husband and three children.
