Ben Zalkind

Ben Zalkind is a writer and physician; Honeydew is his debut novel. Following a twisty path, he earned graduate degrees in literature and psychology and embarked on well-meaning forays into journalism, mental health research, and even a stit with the US Department of Treasury's Art Appraisal Services Unit. A Salt Lake City native and naturalized Western Canadian, Ben has lived in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington DC, Toronto, Hamilton, and Edmonton.
