Benjamin DrakefordBenjamin Drakeford is an Associate Professor in Marine Resource Economics at the Centre for Blue Governance at the University of Portsmouth. His research interests lie in the broad field of blue economy development and governance. He has worked on suh matters in developing countries (with the FAO on fisheries and aquaculture development in Central Asia) and developed countries (with DG Mare on revitalising the blue economy in the Atlantic Ocean). He has led several EU projects on blue economy matters, and national projects on blue economy development. He has more than 50 contributions in journal articles, books and conference proceedings.
