Beverly E BlackardBeverly Elaine Blackard is married with a grown son and a large extended family. She is a Christian and a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church in Clarksville, Tennessee. She earned a bachelor's degree in special education and elementary education, anda master's degree in education with a concentration in reading from Austin Peay State University. She has retired from public teaching and enjoys serving in other ways. Being the missions director, substitute teaching in two adult ladies' classes, and making a joyful noise in the choir keep Beverly rather busy.
