Bill KirkBill Kirk's writing has been influenced by his travels on five continents and the inspiration of his grandchildren. He studied a year in Paris, France and complete his BA in Modern Languages at the University of North Dakota. He later completed his M in International Relations at Florida State University and a Master of Public Administration at Angelo State University (Texas).
