Billi L. BromerBilli L. Bromer is a retired Professor of Education, having taught a range of undergraduate and graduate courses for 18 years in Brenau University's educator preparation program. Before becoming a teacher educator, she was an early childhood general nd special educator for over two decades. She has presented numerous papers at state, national and international educational conferences on a variety of topics related to child development, educator preparation, and higher education. She has also authored multiple book chapters and co-edited the Handbook of Research on Learner-centered Practices in an Age of Transformational Change.
