Bing Wu BerberichBing Wu Berberich obtained her MBA and PhD at University of Edinburgh Business School, and has over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of higher education learning and teaching including course and programme design, delivery and quality assurance acoss undergraduate and postgraduate level. She also undertook leadership roles to oversee learning and teaching quality and student learning experience. Accredited as a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA) in 2014, Bing continues to have an interest in (international) student employability and career management. She also actively innovates teaching centred on action learning. Prior to her academic career, Bing worked as a line manager and human resources professional in the service and manufacturing industry in the UK and China. Bing’s research interests are rooted in behavioural science including employment relations, psychological wellbeing, talent management and strategic human resource management.
