Blake WatkinsBlake Watkins is a licensed Pro¬fessional Engineer and licensed minis¬ter. After earning his Master of Science degree in Engineering, he worked as an electrical engineer and as a supervisor of engineering, information technology, and process control eams for a global Fortune 100 chemical company. He and his wife Jennie also owned and operat¬ed a Christian bookstore called The Lamb's Way. He served as an ordained deacon, a Gideon speaker, and a pulpit-supply preacher. In his spare time, he traveled and taught biblical worldviews and creation science, using a scale model he built of Noah's ark.After twenty-one years in engineering, he answered God's call to full-time ministry, took early retirement, and concentrated on his speaking and teaching ministry. During that time, he created and taught a comprehensive life-application curriculum based on the armor of God in Ephesians 6, for a very effective addiction ministry.After seven years of ministry, he returned to full-time engineer¬ing and relocated to Texarkana, Texas, where he taught adult Bible studies two to three times each week. He now lives in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, working as Principal Electrical Engineer for a major natural gas company. He teaches Sunday School and a live, weekly, online Bible study. Together Blake and Jennie have taught children's Sunday School, led successful young adult and adult Sunday School, and also eve¬ning Bible studies.
