Bob LeBlancI am a fluently bilingual Acadian, born in Moncton N.B. where I graduated from high school and then completed a business college course in typing and shorthand. I pursued many sports activities especially in hockey where I attained the senior level i hockey as a goalie. I have lived in Moncton (of course), Halifax, Bridgewater, Montreal, Quebec City and London, ON. I presently reside in Victoria, B.C. I have been a Regional Manager in finance in both New Brunswick and the Province of Quebec. I subsequently was a publisher in Halifax for 12 years before moving to Victoria. I have four grown children and am very proud of all of them. They have all succeeded in life. As a successful businessman, I have had varied careers in Finance, Car Rentals and Publishing ending my career in a franchise operation called FastSigns here in Victoria. Besides pursuing a career as a writer, even at the late stages of my life (85), I have participated in several musical enterprises both in Halifax and in Victoria. I founded the singing group Variety Fare, which performed in both Halifax and Victoria, and the Victoria Broadway Chorus, as well as the Dinner Theatres at both the old and the new Oak Bay Beach Hotels as well as the Ambrosia Dinner Theatre. I am a pianist and still entertain at several Seniors' homes in Victoria. (i.e. Shannon Oaks Retirement Home and Parkwood Place among others). This book has been a project on the back burner for some time and it is particularly satisfying to finally see my ideas in print. Read More Read Less
