He is currently Senior Consultant with the Universities' and Colleges' Staff Development Agency (UCoSDA) his main role being to support and advise higher education institutions engagd with Investors in People related processes. UCoSDA is the National Training Organisation for Higher Education. He is an approved and recognised Investors in People Assessor with The Assessment Network (TAN), is on the Investors in People UK National Register for Approved Advisers and is a member of an advisory body to Investors in People UK looking at the future strategic development of the National Standard. He was formerly Head of the Centre for Educational Development at the University of Luton where he coordinated the university's successful bid to become the first university in the UK to achieve IiP in 1994.
