Brenda Gallagher
From an early age, Brenda Gallagher was captivated by the beauty and mystery of the natural world—a fascination nurtured by her parents and grandparents, who introduced her to its wonders. Over the past 35 years, she has cultivated a deep passionfor medicinal plants, studying their uses and sharing her knowledge through presentations, workshops, and interpretive hikes. An avid gardener and forager, she delights in growing and gathering herbs to craft her own healing remedies. Brenda currently serves as a vegetation specialist with the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority in Southern Ontario, where she leads natural restoration projects that help heal and protect the land she loves.
