Brendon ShipstonBrendon Shipston is a Canadian poet, essayist, short story writer, and political activist from Thunder Bay, Ontario. He first began to write poetry as a teenager after being inspired by the works of Edgar Allan Poe and D.H. Lawrence. In 2017, he was regional award winner of the OSSTF/FEESO Student Achievement awards in the category of Prose & poetry for his poem Coveting Bren, and later graduated from Hammarskjold High School in June of the same year.
