Hailing from rural America, Brian Gattshall cultivated his work ethic and self-awareness while growing up on a farm in Kansas. Transitioning to the civil engineering industry, he earned a bachelor of science from the University o Colorado at Denver and became a professional engineer specializing in transportation structures. Amid his career, Brian faced severe burnout, prompting him and his wife, Michelle, to embark on a yearlong sabbatical for recovery and rediscovery of purpose.
