Brian SpierinBrian Spierin was a leading expert in Ireland on the Law of Succession and Probate. He practised at the bar since 1985 and was called to the inner bar in 1999. Brian retired from practice in July 2022. He was involved with wills for nearly fory years, as a member of staff of the High Court Probate Office, a law lecturer, a published author and as a junior and senior counsel.
