Brooke Noel Moore Brooke Moore is a professor of philosophy at California State University, Chico, where he serves as Coordinator of the Critical Thinking Program. A former chair of the Philosophy and History departments, Moore was the University Outstanding Profssor in 1996. He has served as a university Master Teacher and has coordinated the universitys program for mentoring new faculty.
