Carmelo RafalaCarmelo Rafala, a child of Sicilian immigrants, grew up in New England. As a student he travelled the world and somehow managed to finish his MA in Comparative Literature at the University of South Africa, as well as his MSC in Student Advice and Guiance at Central Connecticut State University. As an editor, he has worked with many writers in the the field of speculative fiction whose books have gone on to be nominated for several awards.
