Krager is an adjunct instructor in the Medical Office Careers Department at Olney Central College campus of Illinois Eastern Community College, teaching medical insurance and coding and advanced coding. She holds a Bachelor of Science degre from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois; is experienced in clinic billing; trained in diagnosis coding at Triton College in River Grove, Illinois and online AHIMA coding courses; has experience in outpatient hospital coding as a full-time coder for Hospital Sisters Health Systems in O�Fallon, Illinois; is a member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA); and is a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS). Carole has been an educator for more than 36 years and has successfully communicated in an easy-to-understand manner. She has been trained in teaching students who learn outside the norm.
