The dream came true when Clavis published her first books: Rafelijntje in 2013 and The only way I can in 2016. In 2015 appeared her self-pubished book Beastly Capitals. Since finishing her illustration studies at the Utrecht School of the arts, Carolien (1988) works as a freelance illustrator.
