Catherine Jones Catherine Jones is the Library Systems Development Manager in the Library and Information Services for the Council for the Central Laboratory of the Research Councils (CCLRC) based at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Oxford, UK. She is respnsible for Library IT strategy, policy and development and is the manager of the CCLRC’s Institutional Repository. Catherine has a degree in Computer and Communication Systems. She joined the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in 1988 as a Database Applications Programmer/Analyst and moved into the Library and Information Services in 1994 where she has since held a variety of posts, most relating to IT.
