Charles Brown Charles E. Brown (New Milford, NJ) has been a computer trainer and consultant for 21 years. In the process he has developed and delivered training for many of the Fortune 500 companies including Exxon, Johnson & Johnson, RJR Reynolds/Nabisco, andthe US Government.
