Charles Esibikhwa EdwardCharles Esibikhwa Edward is the Director of the Kenyan Program on Pedagogies for Community (KPPC), with over two decades of experience in community organizing and tribalism engagement in East Africa. He has collaborated with several organizations in is work, including the Institute of Cultural Affairs Kenya (ICAK), the Community Organizing Training Programme (COTP), ICRAF (World Agroforestry-ABCD program), among others, bringing his expertise to the forefront of various impactful initiatives. Beyond his leadership at KPPC, Charles is an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) consultant, working with numerous organizations to realize the dream of sustainable development. His consultancy work focuses on empowering communities by leveraging local resources and capacities to foster long-term growth. In recognition of his dedication to community service, he was awarded the 'Spirit of Service' in Community Organization in Kenya in 2019.
