Chelsey Bahlmann BollingerDr. Chelsey M. Bahlmann Bollinger is an associate professor in the Early, Elementary, and Literacy Education Department at James Madison University. She received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of North Carolina at Geensboro, her masters in language and literacy education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and her Ph.D. in language and literacy education from the University of Georgia. Dr. Bollinger began her teaching career as a first-grade teacher in Rocky Point, North Carolina, then moved to Bluffton, South Carolina, where she taught third grade.
