Chris Bruce

Chris Bruce, retired director of the Washington State University Museum of Art, trained as an artist and received a master's degree from San Jose State University. He has been an artist's assistant in the Bay Area, cofounder of an artist cooperatie, curator for the University of Washington's Henry Art Gallery, director of a Seattle art gallery, and a founding director of curatorial and collections at Paul Allen's Experience Music Project. He has written widely about the arts and culture.
