Chris DuerksenChris Duerksen is managing director of Clarion Associates, a Denver-based planning and design consulting firm. He is the founder, president and chairman of the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute and former chair of the American Bar Association's Land se, Planning and Zoning Committee.
