Chris McRaeChris McRae spent his childhood in East Gippsland, Victoria, before qualifying in agricultural science at Dookie Agricultural College and Melbourne University. He subsequently worked for state government departments in Victoria and Western Australia,becoming involved in local, state and national programs.
