Chris Mullen

Dr. Chris Mullen believes success should not cost you your life. His work sits at the intersection of leadership, performance, employee experience, and work-life satisfaction, helping leaders and organizations rethink what it means to thrive in moern work. As a speaker and consultant, he challenges the idea that high performance must come with burnout, disconnection, or a culture people want to escape.

Chris brings academic depth and practical insight to the conversation, with a PhD from the University of Northern Colorado focused on the impact of mobile technology on work-life balance, and a master's degree in human resources from West Chester University. His work has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, NPR, and Harvard Business Review. His mission is simple: to help people be better at work and better at life--without having to choose between the two.

Through his work, Chris focuses on helping people navigate the tension between ambition and well-being, so success does not come at the expense of their life outside of work. His approach is grounded in practical ideas that can be applied immediately. He lives in Colorado with his family.
