Chris SuttonChris Sutton spent over 20 years teaching before moving into tertiary and workplace education, focusing on flexible and online learning. Working first in industry, and later for TAFE Queensland. In 2004, she founded eLearning Australia Pty Ltd, creatng digital resources for universities and training organizations. After retiring and selling her very successful company in 2014, Chris moved to Beachmere, where she studied writing and publishing. She now publishes her own work and that of emerging local authors. At 79, Chris has more than four decades of experience in embroidery, sewing, quilting, and painting. She teaches beginners, inspires experienced crafters, and advocates for the health benefits of creative activities, believing they foster brain health, social engagement, and wellbeing at any age.
