Christine White
Christine White is a professor of art and design, director of the Design Unit and Holography Lab DMU. Ph.D. Goldsmiths’ London, principal fellow of the Higher Education Academy (PFHEA). She has worked on a number of research projects and been Prinipal Investigator on a range of bids from Art and Humanities Research Council, European Funding, Heritage Lottery Funding and Historic England. She has eight Ph.D. students ranging from ceramics, arts, holography, photography and non-fungible artefacts and solar panel recycling. She is PI for leather materials and has run sustainability events with businesses. Her current research is in the broad field of what next for the cultural and creative industries.
