After marrying her husband, she temporarily left her home state to become a military spouse and mother to a boy and girl, now full-grown adlts. Prior to returning to Michigan in 2014, she spent over a decade traveling and training women's ministry leaders in various countries. A professional vocalist since age fourteen, she is also a Bible study teacher, worship leader, speedy Chevy Corvair driver and loyal Coca-Cola customer.
