Dr Heathcote has also written several artist monographs, including A Quest for Enlightenment: The art of Roger Kemp and the groundbreaking Russell Drysdale: Defining the modern Australian landscape, which was published jointly by the Tarrawarra Museum of Art and Wakefield Press.
