Christopher ShiflettChristopher Shiflett is currently a senior in high school and was diagnosed with celiac disease at age 13. Since then he has spent his free time researching celiac disease, adapting new gluten-free recipes, and learning to cook. Christopher is activein school taking AP/honors courses, a member of the National Honors Society, and plays on the men's tennis team.
