Ciara Flood

Ciara went to college in Ireland to study Visual Communications at Dublin Institute of Technology and after graduating worked as a graphic designer.

Ciara’s first author/illustrator picture book ’Those Pesky Rabbits’ was published by Templa in 2015. Her second book ‘The Perfect Picnic’ was published in 2016 and her third title, ‘There’s a Walrus in My Bed’ was published in 2017 by Andersen Press. She hand draws all her illustrations in pencil or ink before using a mixture of watercolour and Photoshop for the final artwork.

She now lives with her partner and their two children in London where she works as a freelance illustrator and designer.
