Claudio Mazzola Claudio Mazzola, a native of Milan, received his Laurea from the University of Milan and his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, Seattle. He has taught in major universities and colleges such as The University of Michigan, Vassar College ad The College of the Holy Cross. Presently he is Senior Lecturer in Italian at the University of Washington where he teaches Modern and Contemporary Italian Literature and Italian Cinema.
