Clemency MontelleClemency Montelle is Professor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand. She has research interests in the mathematical history of several early cultures of inquiry including Mesoptamia, Greece, India, and the Islamic near east.
