Clifford P. Harbour
Clifford P. Harbour is Professor in the Department of Counseling and Higher Education at the University of North Texas, USA. He was a community college faculty member and administrator for 14 years. His book, John Dewey and the Futue of Community College Education (Bloomsbury, 2015), received an Honorable Mention for the 2016 PROSE Award in Education Theory.
