Connie J. Van Fleet

CONNIE VAN FLEET is Professor, School of Library and Information Studies, University of Oklahoma and is president of ALISE. Her research and teaching interests and publishing activities embrace lifelong learning, older adults, and people with disailities. She has moderated panels at the White House Conference on Aging (1995, 2005). In addition, she served as co-editor of RUSA Quarterly for 12 years. She is recipient of ALA's 1996 Margaret Monroe award and the 2004 ALISE Excellence in Teaching award.
