Cookbook AcademyThe COOKBOOK ACADEMY was born in 2019 as the initiative of Ciro Russo who is an authentic Neapolitan chef, a passionate enthusiast of the culinary traditions from all over the world. He was born in Queens in 1983, son of a Neapolitan chef and of a Ne Yorker journalist. He has been absorbing his father's cooking teachings from an early age, developing an insatiable curiosity for the traditional Italian cuisine as well as French, Spanish, Greek and Arabic.
