Craig LeClairCraig Le Clair is a vice president and principal analyst at Forrester, where he has worked for over fifteen years. He is recognized worldwide as a leading industry analyst on AI and automation, and the future workplace. He has authored hundreds of reorts on the future of technology as well as two previous books on the subject. In 2019, he received a Forrester research award for first recognizing the Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) market. This research led to his 2019 book, Invisible Robots in the Quiet of the Night, which ranked in the top five in Amazon's automation category. Prior to joining Forrester, Craig held senior positions at ADP, MITRE, and BBN Technologies.
