Cristina JuradoCristina Jurado (Madrid, 1972) graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Seville and has a master's degree in Rhetoric from Northwestern University. She published her first novel, Del naranja al azul, in 2012, and has sincepublished stories in various genre anthologies and fanzines, including Letralia, miNatura and the anthologies Historias del dragón (2012), Retrofuturismos. Antología Steampunk (2014), Crónica de tinieblas (2014) and Cuentos desde el otro lado (2017). Her short novel CloroFilia came out in 2017. She is the editor of Alucinadas (2014), a major anthology of female science fiction writers, and is currently the editor of the quarterly online magazine SuperSonic which publishes fiction and non-fiction in Spanish and English. She lives in Dubai. Her short story 'Second Death of the Father', included in this anthology, won the 2017 Ignotus Prize from the Spanish Fantasy, Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Association.
