Cynthia L BeachCynthia Beach is a longtime creative writing professor, writer and coach who studied creativity under Dr. Eric Maisel and is a certified spiritual director. Her book, Creative Juices: A Splash of Story Craft, Process and Creative Soul Care is a 2019 ook on writing. Her articles, short stories and contributions appear in newspapers, literary journals and books like Hope in the Mourning Bible (Zondervan), Horse of My Heart (Revell) and Media Ethics (Longman). She is a frequent reviewer for The Englewood Review of Books and The Banner, and has over a hundred articles published in Seattle and Grand Rapids newspapers. She has a journalism masters from Wheaton College and a masters of fine arts from the Northwest Institute of the Literary Arts. She cofounded the two-day Breathe Christian Writers Conference and founded the writing retreat, Breathe Deeper, now known as the Write Season.
