Cynthia Stokes BrownCynthia Stokes Brown (1938-2017) taught world history and also trained teachers at Dominican University of California. She piloted the university's big history courses and initiated the big history program now required for all freshmen. She was the athor of the first general interest book on big history, Big History: From the Big Bang to the Present.
