Dale FosterDale Foster is a life-long student, a combat veteran, and is seeking way in the autumn season of his life. Dale finished his Doctor of Strategic Leadership in July 2021 from Regent University, graduated from the Army War College in 2004 with a Masterof Strategic Studies, and holds a second Master of Public Administration from the former Georgia College.
