Damodar KhadseDr Damodar Khadse is a well-known writer and translator. He has published four novels, eight short story collections, eleven poetry collections, four travel memoirs, and eight books related to Rajbhasha. He has also translated twenty-two Marathi book into Hindi. His writings have been translated into many Indian languages, including Malayalam, Marathi, Kannada, Gujarati, English, Dogri, and Urdu. He has received the Sahitya Academy Award, Central Hindi Institute Award, Madhya Pradesh Sahitya Parishad Award, and Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan Award. Maharashtra State Hindi Literature Academy Award, and Goenka Literature Awards, and many more. He is an advisor to many Hindi Language Advisory Councils including Central Hindi Samiti (Chaired by the Prime Minister). He has retired from the Bank of Maharashtra and lives in Pune, Maharashtra.
